The New Bread Radio: Voice Rooms and LIVE chat

Voice Rooms and LIVE chat are places to hang out, talk music, and support independent artists. Every room is hosted by The New Bread Radio crew. Everyone joins as a listener, and the host or a moderator invites people up to speak. You have to accept these rules before you join your first Voice Room.
THE RULES
1. Be 13 or older. Voice Rooms and LIVE chat are not for children under 13.
2. Zero tolerance for abuse. No harassment, bullying, hate speech, threats, or sexual content. That includes slurs, attacks on someone's race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or appearance, and anything sexual involving minors, which we report to the authorities.
3. No spam. No ads, self-promotion the host didn't ask for, links read out loud, scams, or repeated off-topic messages.
4. Keep personal info private. Don't share anyone's real name, address, phone number, email, social media accounts, or photos, and that includes your own. Don't ask other people for theirs.
5. Respect the host and moderators. They run the room. They can invite you up, move you back to the audience, mute you, remove you, or ban you at any time.
6. Rooms are live, not recorded. We don't record Voice Rooms, but everyone in the room hears what you say live, and anyone could be recording on their own device. Don't say anything you wouldn't want repeated.
7. No illegal activity. Don't play, share, or promote anything illegal, including pirated music or content you don't have the rights to.
8. Don't get around a ban. If you're banned, don't come back under a new nickname or device.
IF SOMETHING IS WRONG
- Tap a person in the room and choose Report, or open the room menu and choose Report this room. Pick a reason and add a short note if you like.
- Tap a person and choose Block to stop hearing them. Blocking is private, so they aren't told.
- You can leave a room at any time.
- We review reports within 24 hours. For anything urgent, email thenewbreadradio@thenewbreadradio.com.
- If someone is in danger, contact your local emergency services first.
WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU BREAK THE RULES
Depending on what happened, the host or a moderator may move you back to the audience, mute you, remove you from the room, or ban you for 24 hours, 7 days, or permanently. A ban covers both Voice Rooms and LIVE chat. Serious abuse gets a permanent ban right away, with no warning.
PRIVACY
Your nickname and your role in the room (listener, speaker, host, or moderator) are visible to everyone in the room. To learn what we collect and how long we keep it, see our Privacy Policy at https://thenewbreadradio.com/privacy.
